Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow. - Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. - Configure and enhance the ServiceNow HRSD module including Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions. - Create user stories, test cases, and process flows. - Participate in UAT and training initiatives. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience withServiceNow HRSD module(at least 2+ years preferred). - Strong understanding ofHR processes and workflows. - Familiarity withServiceNow platform, scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows. - Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Good to Have: - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HRSD). - Experience working withIntegrations (REST/SOAP APIs). - Exposure toother ServiceNow moduleslike ITSM or CSM. - Understanding ofData Privacy & Compliancein HR systems.
