Description :Role : Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow HRSDExperience : 6 to 10 yearsNotice Period : ImmediateKey Skills Required :- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module configuration and customization- Expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center / Portal, and Lifecycle Events- Good understanding of HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and UI Policies- Experience integrating HRSD with third-party systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ITSM fundamentals- Ability to lead HRSD implementations, perform requirement analysis, and drive end-to-end to Have :- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications- Experience in Service Portal and UI Builder- Familiarity with HR data security and privacy compliance (GDPR, etc.)Key Responsibilities :- Configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module, including HR Case Management, Employee Center/Portal, and Lifecycle Events- Design and implement solutions using HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent to enhance HR service delivery- Develop and maintain workflows and automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and UI Policies- Integrate HRSD with third-party HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors to enable seamless data flow- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery for HRSD implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and ITSM fundamentals throughout project delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure effective communicationand solution adoption- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (ref:hirist.tech)
