We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM, scripting, and integration, as well as experience with ServiceNow projects including ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITSM. This position is available in Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, and Chennai.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using various modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and ITSM.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and practices, including ServiceNow specific projects.
  • Experience with scripting languages and integration techniques within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Full-time education is required.
  • Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
