Position - Head Talent Acquisition and Cadre Management

Experience - 15 to 20 Years

Location - Mumbai

CTC Budget 25 to 30 LPA (Max 10 to 15% hike on current ctc)

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a proactive sourcing strategy to attract high-quality talent across roles and levels.
  • Conduct talent mapping and build a talent pipeline for critical & niche roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective sourcing and assessment innovative tools and technologies to streamline candidate sourcing, assessment, and on boarding processes.
  • Stay updated on the current talent market, industry trends, and best practices in sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts, reduce time-to-fill vacancies, and minimize recruitment costs.
  • Managing end-to-end Campus hiring process across all business functions and clusters.
  • Executing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions and TAT.
  • Managing the hiring process of Summer Interns and issuance of PPOs.
  • Liaise with campus enabling partners and internal stakeholders for campus process which includes cognitive test, psychometric assessments and interview process.
  • Leading Campus Branding Interventions (Case Studies, Sponsorships, Guest Lectures etc) and working through to secure preferred slot.
  • Logistical support of on boarding of trainees which includes travel, accommodation, induction kit etc.
  • Drive trainee engagement initiatives, trainee development programmes and execution of PMS process for trainees.
  • Hiring of interns for various businesses.
