Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, and campus recruitment.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinating with respective heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Built and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluating and implementing innovative hiring practices, including digital tools, assessments, and social media recruiting.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
