Role Overview

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be the single point of contact for ETPs key enterprise customers in your region. Youll build and nurture CXO-level relationships, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen ETPs footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within your assigned region.
  • Act as the Customer Success SPOC, maintaining relationships with senior leadership across client organizations.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and renewals.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across ETPs product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams for seamless solution delivery and customer engagement.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong commercial discipline.
  • Mentor and build a Customer Success / Account Management team in the region as the business scales.

Skills / Experience Required

  • 12+ years of experience in Software / ERP / CRM / SaaS sales with proven account management success.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a flair for problem-solving and growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in ERP or enterprise software sector is essential.
  • Strong team player with long-term vision and ownership mindset.
