Role Overview
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be the single point of contact for ETPs key enterprise customers in your region. Youll build and nurture CXO-level relationships, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen ETPs footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within your assigned region.
- Act as the Customer Success SPOC, maintaining relationships with senior leadership across client organizations.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and renewals.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across ETPs product suite.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams for seamless solution delivery and customer engagement.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain strong commercial discipline.
- Mentor and build a Customer Success / Account Management team in the region as the business scales.
Skills / Experience Required
- 12+ years of experience in Software / ERP / CRM / SaaS sales with proven account management success.
- Strong ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a flair for problem-solving and growth mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in ERP or enterprise software sector is essential.
- Strong team player with long-term vision and ownership mindset.
