High Level Job Description:

Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in **Philippines** and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
  • Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for ETP products / services.
  • Work with ETP Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
  • Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
  • Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.

Experience and Skills:

  • Align with customers and ETP to create a joint vision of the future
  • Empathy with customer.
  • Be consistent and detail oriented
  • University Degree with atleast 8 to 12 years of sales/consulting experience.
  • Creativity in solving complex problems.
  • Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment

Additional Information:

  • Ability to persuade, conflict management, negotiate. Ability to build and maintain relationship with CXO level.
