Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Identifying, prospecting and acquiring new schools in the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers (management,principal, teachers, parents, students).
  • Understand school's needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage is optimum.
  • Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for minimum response time to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Cultivating and closing the leads generated by Inside Sales Team.
  • Need to be meticulous and regularly keep track of Sales activities in CRM.
  • Be cognizant of market, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and share the learnings with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from schools.

eKnowledge, Experience & Qualificatio

  • nGraduate/Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline
  • .Proven track record of success in institutional sales, with minimum 3 years of experience
  • .Strong understanding of Edtech domain including market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape
  • .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • .Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable sales strategies
  • .Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • .Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage
  • .Experience of achieving revenue target and interaction with clients (schools) directly
  • .Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
