About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international customer support team. The role involves assisting global customers via voice, chat, or blended support channels while ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Process Details
- Voice Process: Open for Freshers with excellent English communication skills.
- Chat Process: Requires minimum 6 months of experience in international chat support.
- Blended Process (Voice + Chat): Requires 6 months 1 year of experience in an international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, empathy, and product knowledge.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Meet defined performance metrics such as response time, CSAT, and quality scores.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 10+2 / Graduate in any field.
Experience:
Voice Freshers welcome.
- Chat – Minimum 6 months.
- Blended – 6 months to 1 year in international process.
