Job Objective
The primary objective of this role is to sell customized services to job seekers and help them accelerate their job search.
Job Description
The role involves connecting with pre-generated leads through 80–100 outbound calls daily, reaching out to new customers to explain the benefits of Naukri FastForward services, and driving repeat sales through follow-ups with existing customers. The candidate will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide suitable recommendations, meet or exceed daily/monthly call and sales targets, and ensure consistent revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention. Adhering to defined quality standards and processes is a key part of the role.
Required Skills
Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and convincing skills, along with the ability to handle client interactions effectively. They must be resilient to stress and rejection, and flexible with rotational offs.
Desired Skills
Prior experience in sales, business development, or voice processes will be an added advantage. Candidates who are solution-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of online portals will be preferred.
