The Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting team is a dynamic, globally distributed organisation that partners closely with the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) globally and all other business groups outside of the US. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR data and technology initiatives, from discovery and design through implementation and change management within our Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting organization.
- Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that influence decision-making at all levels.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and HR teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Continuously assess and improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
Required or Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience with Human Resources or Business programs/processes
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience with Human Resources/ Human resource consulting or Business programs/processes.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in people analytics, HR technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
- Experience with HR systems, data pipelines, and technical solutioning is a strong plus.
- Collaborative Influence: Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, business, and technical teams; skilled at co-creating solutions in a matrixed environment.
- Systems Thinking: Understands interdependencies between processes, technology, and people; anticipates downstream impacts and designs scalable solutions.
- Solution Design & Innovation: Experience in designing user-centric processes or tools that balance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft HR systems and tools.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Background in industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, product management, or business analysis.
- Change Enablement: Comfortable driving adoption of new systems or processes through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Agility & Continuous Improvement: Brings a mindset of iteration and learning; adapts quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining focus on long-term outcomes.
