We are hiring 1 HR manager – one with prior HR experience . The role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing the HR team, and conducting candidate interviews. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the HR/recruitment team.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates across roles.
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
  • Support general HR operations (attendance, performance tracking, employee queries).

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and people management skills.

Eligibility

For Experienced HR Manager:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 in HR/recruitment.

For Fresher HR Manager (Trainee):

  • Education: Any graduate (MBA HR preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 year (freshers with strong communication can apply).

Salary: ₹₹10,000-12,000.]

Location: In- Person

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
