Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle leasing, tenant coordination, and building management for our properties. The role involves managing rental inquiries, agreements, rent collection, property promotion, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Tenant Coordination
  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries and maintain professional tenant communication.

Online Listings & Promotion

  • Create and manage listings for vacant properties across platforms (Magicbricks, 99acres, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
  • Regularly update property photos, descriptions, and pricing details to ensure accurate marketing.

Rental Agreement Drafting & Coordination

  • Draft rental agreements with standard clauses.
  • Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and legal teams to complete documentation and signatures.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all agreements.

Rent Collection & Payment Follow-Ups

  • Share timely rent reminders with tenants.
  • Track collections and ensure timely inflow of rent payments.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers of all incoming payments and outstanding dues.

Building Management Oversight

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for daily building operations.
  • Raise repair/maintenance tickets and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the property.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Finalize leasing deals and maintain up-to-date occupancy records.
