Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, creating sales reports, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

  • Min Experience of 2 years in sales management with some renowned company
  • Strong understanding of real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
