**Role Description
Experience in the Real Estate sector is a must.**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Mohali district. The Sales Manager will oversee and guide the sales team in achieving revenue targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include monitoring key performance metrics, conducting market research, providing insights for improving sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires teamwork, effective communication, and leadership to maximize the company's business potential.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Experience in identifying opportunities, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional client service
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate a sales team towards success
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and developing data-driven strategic plans
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges effectively and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in the retail sector or related industries is a plus
