Major Activities / Tasks

I. Customer Profiling and Database

  • Preparing, Curating and Updating a complete Customer profile for 5K+ Drs
  • Mapping the interests, practice profile, engagements and other relevant information for all Drs
  • Maintaining ready to view dashboards for Sales & Marketing teams

II. Customer Engagements

  • Ensuring profile based engagements for all strata of Drs, task to be achieved in close collaboration with the Business teams
  • Ensuring communication with Drs for complete understanding and activity closure
  • SPOC for escalation/ issue resolution of Drs related to products/ services

III. Documentation and Closure

  • Sourcing relevant documents and creation of Agreements with relevant signatures and approvals in place: Legal/ Compliance/ Finance
  • Adhering to TAT for event to honoraria payout
  • Troubleshooting and closing the issues if any with resolution
  • Monitoring extent of engagements and raising flags to Leaders and Finance in case of any irregularities

IV. Doctor Connect

  • Field Work of 5+ Days per month across India to connect, engage and understand areas of improvement for Cipla Acute
  • Reaching 200+ Drs monthly via phone/ virtual/Physical connect
  • Ensuring overall engagement score of 90% for all top ENT/Paed/Chest/CP/Ortho & Surgeons
  • Real time Dr connect for issue resolutions

V. Training and Excellence

  • Driving a Doctor Delight score of 4.5+ for all engagements
  • Creating and executing platforms of training for marketing and sales leaders to share learnings and processes of engagement with Drs
