Job Title: Alliance Relationship ExecutiveJob Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MarketingPartnership Manager with a background in the Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with hospitals, doctors associations, and pharma companies to establish partnerships and organize initiatives that help doctors achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with doctors and will be responsible for generating qualified leads through webinars, events, meetings etc.Reporting To: Branch ManagerAbout Finnovate: Finnovate is a holistic financial planning and wealth advisory platform.We are passionate about transforming the way Indians get personal finance advice. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients.Location: NashikEmployment Type: Full timeKey Responsibilities: Doctor Database Collection:o Build and maintain a comprehensive doctor database for outreach and lead funnel.o Ensure accurate and up -to -date information for targeted engagement. HNI Doctors Meetings (Round Table):o Organize sessions on financial fitness for HNI doctors for internal/external experts. Meetings with Doctors for FinnFit Expert Discussions:o Set up one -on -one meetings with doctors to discuss financial planning. Partnerships with Doctors' Associations:o Reach out to doctors' associations for partnershipso Organize in -person events, webinars, and RTMs in collaboration with these associations. Collaboration with Top Hospitals:o Establish partnerships with hospitals (100+ beds) for Financial Fitness initiatives.o Set up events or stalls to promote Financial Fitness among doctors. Webinars:o Organize and manage webinars focusing on doctors' financial education.o Ensure good participation and engagement from doctors. Pharma Company Partnerships (Doctors Event):o Partner with pharmaceutical companies to host Financial Fitness events for doctors.o Collaborate on organizing events that focus on doctors financial health. Events (Hosting and Participating):o Host or participate in Doctor's events aimed at educating doctors about financial planning.Qualification & Skills:Proven track record of organizing events, webinars, or round tables.Strong communication and relationship -building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.Enthusiasm for educating doctors on Financial Fitness topics.Prior finance knowledge is not necessaryExperience: 2 -3 Years' Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry with strong connections to doctorsBenefits on being a part of Finnovate: Health Insurance: Coverage including options for dependents.
