Urgent opening for Assistant Manager/ Executive- Business Development

Role & responsibilities :

Work Experience: Min.1 years experience in Retail, Real estate or in shopping mall leasing

Qualifications:

Any Graduation, MBA in Marketing

Key Deliverables:
• Scout for suitable properties basis the expansion plan
• Network with brokers, consultants, developers and landlords for sourcing suitable properties
• Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of site - Real estate factors, Business estimate, suitability of project requirements, basic legal papers & licenses
• Negotiation & closure of all deliverables for sites .
• Presentation of site feasibility package to Regional Manager Business Development
• Work on completing due diligence and legal agreements of deals
• Ensure all landlord deliverables like due diligence, agreement signing, project deliverables pre & post construction are met
• Handle any marketing promotions tactical support required for store opening
• Asset management - Resolve any landlord related issues for operational stores in the territory
• Handle document management system to maintain records of key approvals on properties Desired Knowledge,

Skills & Abilities
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and lease negotiation principles
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making abilities, with a proven track record of closing profitable lease/rental agreements
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI assessment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholder
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results oriented mindset.
