Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant located in Gurugram. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, providing tailored mortgage advice, managing the end-to-end mortgage process, liaising with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial assessments, coordinating with clients and institutions, negotiating mortgage terms, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Mortgages
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in liaising with banks and financial institutions
  • Ability to conduct financial assessments and provide tailored mortgage advice
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
