- Commerce graduates are preferred any other stream will also suffice.
- Strong people skill as the person is required to meet loan applicants on daily basis.
- Strong ethics should not accept any favours/get influenced by any illicit offer made by loan applicants.
- Willing to travel on day to day basis and be on field.
- Have to be tech friendly as the person need to do the personal discussion on mobile app.
- Flexible and hardworking.
- Disciplined and ability to work independently.
- Strong leadership skill, should be able to lead a team independently in near future.
- Should have a two wheeler to travel locally in the city.
- Young, energetic and a go getter.
