About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from sourcing to offer rollout.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Peoplehum and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Coordinate and manage job postings across platforms to attract quality candidates.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate communication and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Support campus hiring, walk-ins, or mass hiring drives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years+ of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools is a plus.
