Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter based in Gurugram. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for voice and non-voice processes within the BPO industry. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, providing daily updates on hiring progress, and ensuring a transparent and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Ability to coordinate the hiring process effectively
- Understanding of the BPO industry, specifically customer service and sales profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus
