  • Experience & Exposure of Leadership Hiring

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs
  • End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (GM and above) (Using Linkedin, IIMJobs, Naukri and agencies)
  • Shortlisting, Task/Activities, final Interview, salary negotiations, on boarding.
  • For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels), aligned with business growth plan.
  • Designed Job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
  • Designed KRA and variable pay structure along with disbursal structure for leadership team.
  • Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
  • Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
  • Supervising and designing promotion strategy for digital media platforms.
