Job Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Noida Sector 63

Department: Operations & Logistics

Reports To: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Head

Salary: 20-30k

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including order processing, shipment planning, and last-mile delivery.

Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliations.

Monitor logistics performance metrics (TAT, cost per delivery, delivery accuracy) and implement process improvements.

Handle escalations and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management review.

Collaborate with the finance team on freight bills, payments, and cost optimization.

Utilize logistics software/tools to track shipments and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in logistics/supply chain, with proven experience at Good Delivery

Technical Skills* Proficiency in logistics management software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, last-mile delivery operations, and vendor management.

Competencies:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Team management and leadership qualities
