Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive located in Noida.

  • Responsible for managing and developing client accounts.

  • Ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

  • Manager of all AR/AP accounting along with BSR reconciliation.

  • Responsible of proper bookkeeping in real time and customer account reconciliation.

  • Knowledge of inwards and outwards overseas payments.

  • Responsible for timely collection from customers and payments to vendors.

  • Knowledge of monthly TDS, GST and yearly reconciliation along with other basic rules of accounts

  • Knowledge of finilazation of Balance sheet.

  • Knowledge of Tally prime and open to work on organisation opted software platform .

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement customized logistics solutions
  • Experience with technology systems for real-time tracking and visibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market demands and client needs
