About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistic Executive to join our Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics processes, vendor management, and reverse logistics, ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
  • Handle vendor management processes including vendor creation, onboarding, and coordination.
  • Monitor shipment planning, tracking, and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, shipment documents, and vendor records.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse coordination and ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Resolve escalations related to logistics and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in logistics, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics workflows, reverse logistics, and vendor processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
