Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients. The role also involves account management, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization through targeted strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Business fundamentals and strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Competence in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
