#Immediate #Joiner #Requirewe are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Business Development & SalesEngineer to expand our footprint in infrastructure and electrical #EPC projects. The candidate musthave prior experience in project-based sales and business development, particularly in sectors likeFoot Over Bridges (FOBs), warehouses, industrial structures, substations, and HT/LT electrical works. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in infra and electrical sectors.
  • Generate leads through industry networks, site visits, cold calls, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in both government and private sectors.
  • Understand project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical evaluation, estimation, and delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in exhibitions or tender briefings.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Maintain documentation and track all sales activity through CRM or internal tools.
  • Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Assist in tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.

Desired Profile & Skills:

  • Sound technical understanding of infrastructure and electrical projects.
  • Strong client networking and project acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in dealing with PWD, PSUs, EPC companies, and large private sector clients.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with project bidding and tendering processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and proposal documentation.
  • High integrity, ownership, and goal orientation.
