#Immediate #Joiner #Requirewe are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Business Development & SalesEngineer to expand our footprint in infrastructure and electrical #EPC projects. The candidate musthave prior experience in project-based sales and business development, particularly in sectors likeFoot Over Bridges (FOBs), warehouses, industrial structures, substations, and HT/LT electrical works. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in infra and electrical sectors.
- Generate leads through industry networks, site visits, cold calls, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in both government and private sectors.
- Understand project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical evaluation, estimation, and delivery capabilities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in exhibitions or tender briefings.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Maintain documentation and track all sales activity through CRM or internal tools.
- Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, and competition.
- Assist in tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.
Desired Profile & Skills:
- Sound technical understanding of infrastructure and electrical projects.
- Strong client networking and project acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in dealing with PWD, PSUs, EPC companies, and large private sector clients.
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project bidding and tendering processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and proposal documentation.
- High integrity, ownership, and goal orientation.
