Job description:
• Lead implementation of APIS, iAPI, APP, and PNRGOV by coordinating with PSS and airport teams and conducting end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Ensure strict adherence to airport processes through regular audits and spot checks for GovSec compliance
• Conduct through system testing for ancillary services in collaboration with sales and airport teams to support timely product launches and then communication to airport team.
• Support the launch of new aircraft configurations (LOPA drafting for system integration for RM team) within compliance and ensure smooth operational integration at airports, remote support on the day of operations.
• Regularly update visa and passport guidelines for all destinations on website in coordination with the digital team, social media and website team and communication to airport team. Monitors training sessions conducted by Training team from Ifly. Knowledge of timatic (IATA tool for travel guideline) will be preferred.
• Contribute to codeshare and interline testing and documentation and assist in developing training materials with relevant teams. Review and validate issues, PNRs and policy implementation for IndiGo and partner airlines to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations of international, codeshare and interline agreements.
• Manage pre- and post-launch testing of systems, peripherals, GovSec protocols, ancillaries, and LDCS for international station launches with close coordination with IT team. Validate the system stability, device functionality, and regulatory compliance for seamless deployment
• Oversee updates to MyID Travel for ZED eligibility and booking accuracy in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Support and lead ad-hoc projects and testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion. Assist and guide airport teams in ad-hoc tasks and ensure compliance with international processes. Foster a collaborative work environment and support departmental initiatives
• Prepare and submit monthly cancellation data to DGCA with accuracy and timeliness to meet regulatory requirements
• Centrally coordinate for charter operation
• Handle escalations from partner airline, sales, CX with appropriate remark
