ROLE 1: Officer(T) / Executive- AO&CS in the role of CBTU (Centralized baggage Tracing Unit)

Work location: Gurgaon- Corporate Head Office (WFO)

Role Overview:

  • Tracing and recovering delayed or lost baggage.
  • Communicating with passengers and airport teams on calls.
  • Using systems like WorldTracer for baggage tracking.
  • Managing compensation and service recovery processes

Shift: Rotational Shift- 5 days working (Any 2 days off in a week)

Fitment Criteria: Non-Tech Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills, Good understanding of Customer Services in Aviation.

ROLE 2- Executive/ Senior Executive- AOCS in the role of CCC (Centralized Coordination Cell)

Work location: Gurgaon- Corporate Head Office

Shift: Rotational Shift, 12-hour pattern including night shifts

Fitment Criteria: Non-Tech Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills. Customer Service/ Aviation Experience Preferred.

Role Overview:

  • Passenger & Flight Coordination

    Manage misconnecting passengers, arrange alternate flights, and ensure minimal disruption through close coordination with OCC, MOD, and stations.
  • Operational Planning & Reporting

    Oversee shift operations, staff allocation, and compile daily/weekly reports while maintaining on-time performance and resource optimization.
  • Stakeholder Communication

    Liaise with stations, call center, and inter-department teams for smooth operations; conduct regular team meetings to enhance coordination.
  • Administrative Oversight & Data Management

    Supervise coordination cell functions effectively and utilize Excel/data tools for accurate reporting and operational control.
