Senior Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity Developer

- Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Remote (India)

- Projects in CV : Minimum 2

- Graduation Year : 2020 or earlier

- Certifications : Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2)

- Skills : OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), Apex, Lightning Components

- Budget : As per experience and company standards (LPA to be discussed during the interview)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity Developer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about building sophisticated, scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and have a strong development background, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity solutions including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure system scalability, performance, and quality through effective testing and optimization.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly OmniStudio/Vlocity.

- Demonstrated experience in at least 2 successful Salesforce projects.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, PD1, and PD2.

- Understanding of Agile project management and DevOps tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins.

- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is a plus.
