At N53 Techworks, as a recruitment partner, we help fast-growing enterprises in BFSI, FinTech, and InsurTech build high-performing Tech, Data, and AI teams.

We're currently hiring for one of our enterprise clients, a leading player in digital transformation, looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Manager to drive key Salesforce initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce solutioning — design, development, and delivery
  • Lead small to mid-sized teams and ensure high-quality, on-time client deliverables
  • Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce configuration and Lightning features
  • Drive client discussions, demos, and technical workshops
  • Identify risks, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with delivery best practices

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds
  • Proven success in 3–4 full-cycle Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in Lightning, Integration, and platform best practices
  • Excellent documentation, estimation, and client-handling skills
  • Knowledge of Heroku or Commerce Cloud is a plus
