JOB ROLE:-
We're on the lookout for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our vibrant squad. As a Salesforce Developer,
you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our
business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts,
administrators, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our sales and customer
relationship management processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that align with the company's goals.
Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and other configuration tasks.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and bug fixing to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding best practices and standards.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues and user inquiries.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Proficiency in declarative configuration on the Salesforce platform, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable.
Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and ETL tools.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Experience with version control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
