Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Sales Lead Manager. The Sales Lead Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth by collaborating with educational institutions. The role includes generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Lead Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Technical understanding of robotics and STEM education programs is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the education sector
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to achieving results
