Role Description

The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving institutional outreach and expanding the company's academic partnerships. This role involves visiting colleges and universities, presenting our training programs, establishing strong relationships with faculty decision-makers, and generating qualified leads. The candidate will follow up with prospects, coordinate with the internal team to customize offerings, and ensure seamless onboarding of institutions into our training ecosystem. The Sales Associate must maintain detailed records of outreach activities, achieve monthly conversion targets, and represent Origene Biosolutions with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions and build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Basic understanding of bioinformatics, biotechnology, or related sciences is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset with the ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
