  • Design and construction of machine parts, system components and devices.
  • Head the design department and solve inter department queries for smooth operation.
  • Assist in resolving queries of suppliers with coordination with QC and Purchase department.
  • Creation and maintenance of bill of material and detailed fabrication assembly drawings and updating the same in ABAS software.
  • Assisting in new product development and prototype.
  • Preparation of machine parts and assembly drawings, machine layouts, flow sheets etc.
  • Responsible for Conversation from 2D to 3D drawing.
  • Checking machine parts if standards, drawing details and measures are according to drawings.
  • Managing all drawing files, updating drawing details and measures are according to drawing as per requirement
  • Creating SOP for Design department and implementing the same.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing departments to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Review and approve design work, ensuring it adheres to engineering standards and company guidelines
