Key Responsibilities
Order Coordination & Processing
- Coordinate daily with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Design, Accounts, Prepress) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with logistics and dispatch teams.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
- Maintain and update daily trackers for sales, orders, dispatch, and production follow-ups.
Customer Communication & Support
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, clarifications, and order updates.
- Follow up on pending approvals, artwork, samples, and dispatch documents.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, delivery, or changes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Issue Resolution & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs.
- Identify and resolve any order or dispatch-related issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
