We are seeking a skilled Zoho One Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Books, People, Analytics, Flow, and other connected apps. You will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and maintaining Zoho solutions to streamline our business operations and drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize multiple Zoho One applications to meet business needs.
  • Automate workflows across apps using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting.
  • Design and manage custom apps using Zoho Creator.
  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics for performance tracking.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms via APIs and custom connectors.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support and training.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Zoho One and its suite of applications (CRM, Creator, Books, People, Flow, Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience creating automation flows using Zoho Flow.
  • Knowledge of custom functions and blueprints.
  • Experience in API-based integrations or webhooks.
  • Familiarity with accounting and HR modules (Zoho Books, Zoho People).
