CRM Specialist
who thrives on building seamless, scalable CRM systems that power customer success, sales, and retention.

You'll be the go-to expert for managing our internal CRM ecosystem, ensuring everything is implemented and running smoothly — from
integration of e-commerce platforms to marketing tools and sales CRMs
.

If you've got SaaS experience, and have worked with SaaS tools especially ZOHO and/or legacy softwares like
SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM platforms across sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Integrate CRM with e-commerce tools, marketing automation, customer care software, and other third-party apps.
  • Ensure data hygiene, platform performance, and timely troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, tech, and customer service teams to optimize CRM use for campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to support actionable insights.
  • Manage new feature rollouts, upgrades, user onboarding, and training.
  • Work closely with tech vendors, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and performance benchmarks are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a
    SaaS or D2C
    environment.
  • Strong knowledge of
    SaaS,
    Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot
    , and other sales/marketing tech stacks.
  • Proven experience in
    CRM integrations
    with e-commerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of attribution modeling, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
