We're expanding our delivery team and looking for a Zoho Developer (Deluge/API-heavy) to join us in building powerful business workflows for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions in Zoho CRM, Creator, Analytics, Desk, Projects.
  • Write Deluge scripts for automations, workflows, and custom functions.
  • Build and maintain API integrations with third-party apps.
  • Configure modules, layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards across Zoho apps.
  • Support existing client implementations with troubleshooting & enhancements.
  • Collaborate with consultants on requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Maintain documentation of customizations, scripts, and client solutions.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–4 years hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (functions, schedules, custom widgets).
  • Experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator (must-have).
  • Familiar with Zoho Analytics (dashboards, data prep, reports).
  • API integration experience using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks.
  • Exposure to Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects configurations.
  • Knowledge of Zoho People/Payroll is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to handle client support queries and provide timely solutions.
