GTM/Sales Strategy Specialist

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing all systems, tools, and data that drive our email-based GTM activities — from lead list creation and enrichment to multi-channel outreach and performance reporting.
Your work will ensure that every campaign is targeted, automated, and measurable, helping our sales and marketing teams reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Key Responsibilities 1. GTM & Campaign Planning
- Partner with the leadership team to define target geographies, ideal customer profiles (ICPs) , and outbound email strategies.
- Plan and coordinate email outreach campaigns focused on generating leads for both custom software projects and dedicated developer hiring.
- Align messaging, segmentation, and campaign cadence with business goals.
2. GTM Tools & Systems Management
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including:
- Data & Lead Enrichment: Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo or any other data source.
- Email Automation & Outreach: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake
- CRM: HubSpot / Zoho / any other CRM.
- Ensure smooth data flow between tools — for example, from Clay to Instantly to CRM.
- Maintain data hygiene and manage contact list updates, tagging, and segmentation.
3. Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and manage cold email and nurturing sequences to engage prospects at different funnel stages.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and reply quality.
- A/B test subject lines, templates, and follow-up strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Automate outreach and follow-up processes while maintaining personalization.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for impactful messaging.
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign KPIs — deliverability, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze which audiences, geographies, or offers perform best.
- Present weekly and monthly insights to leadership to refine GTM strategies.
- Forecast leads and opportunities generated through email and outbound efforts.
5. Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-ups.
- Align marketing content (case studies, blog posts, client success stories) with outreach themes.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless handoff once a client shows interest.
- Train team members on GTM tools and best practices for outreach personalization.
Skills and Qualifications
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in staff augmentation or dedicated developer hiring campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of email warm-up and domain health best practices.
- Understanding of GTM metrics like CAC, MQL-to-SQL ratio, and pipeline velocity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
