
Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at building relationships, and have a proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prospect and Lead Generation:* Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
*Client Relationship Management:* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Sales Presentations:* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
*Negotiation and Closing:* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
*Market Analysis:* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
*Sales Reporting:* Regularly update sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
*Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and with the customer service team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
*Sales Forecasting:* Contribute to the preparation of sales forecasts and budget planning.
Qualifications:
*Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
*Experience:* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*Skills:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Compensation:
*Base Salary:* Competitive, commensurate with experience.
