Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive impactful promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the brand and increase visibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and social media teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and promotions across multiple channels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and track ROI for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and creative departments for alignment on brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in brand promotion and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and social media management platforms.
