JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

The Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA cum UAT Tester) will be responsible for gathering the requirements and ensuring Quality Assurance during the implementation of API Banking solutions. The Agile BA/Tester works as part of the delivery team to document the detailed requirements using User Journeys and User Stories by engaging with Product Managers, Business Leads, Design Engineers, Developers and Corporate Customer teams.

The Agile BA/Tester is also responsible for developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy and creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements, user Journeys and user stories. This role also demands the execution of the test cases in an Agile team and communicating the test results to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain direct relationships with Customers and Project teams.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Tester with Open Banking / Open Finance implementation across markets like UK, EU, SA, BH, SG, MY, HK, IN, CN, TH, AE etc.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory framework around Open Banking / Open Finance, at least 2 markets are mandatory.
  • Expertise either from Bank or Third Party Provider for Corporate (highly preferred) or SME or Retail customer use cases.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience with solutioning / implementing API Developer Portal for Bank / FinTech.
  • Experience with API Banking solution for corporate customers for Cash Management – Payments, Collections, Liquidity and FX.
  • Experience with solutioning / testing API Connectors for ERP / Treasury Systems.
  • Must have experience in Customer focussed API Documentation.
  • Must have good understanding of API Authentication and standardizing API requests & responses.
  • Must have experience in preparing Business Requirements, User stories, User journeys and UML diagrams.
  • Must have experience in preparing test cases, execution, defect logging, and resolution management.
  • Must has experience in publishing daily / weekly status reports at all levels.
  • Must have experience in working with Global or Regional Banks in UAE/Middle East.
  • Should have experience in participating in RFP/RFI processes for selecting an Enterprise Level API Banking solution / Cash Management Solutions for Banks/Financial Institutions.
  • Should has experience in defining, monitoring API performance.
  • Must have minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering / finance / management / computer science.
  • Experience with H2H and previous Enterprise level project deliveries for Cash Products - Payments, Cash Flow Forecast, Liquidity, TMS, Direct Debits will be an added advantage.
  • Certifications in API Banking, CSPO, CBAP, CSM will be an added advantage.
