**Basic qualifications: Project Banking IHC**
- Solid SAP configuration experience in: FI (GL, AP, AR, TR, CM), Inter-Company

Netting, FSCM (Inhouse cash, Cash Management), integration with banks via Trax
and Swift, outgoing payments, Banks statements and Bank Communication
Management.
- Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business

needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions
leveraging appropriate tools and platforms
- Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build,

configuration and delivery to meet business requirements.
- Expert hands on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in FICO

modules
- Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the

end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes
(Treasury/Banking, FSCM,Cash management, In House Cash, O2C, P2P, BI etc.),
acquired through multiple hands-on roles in global SAP implementations
- Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their

implications on ERP
- Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process area
- Demonstrated ability to understand Payments on Behalf’s (POBO), Cash and

Banking process, experience of working on Legal Fiscal changes on market specific
requirements for Payments. Working experience of XML V3 CPOR global payments
medium, experience of working with interfaces(Invoving SFT, PO and Middleware)
accounts payables processes (Bank master data, Netting cashless and Physical
settlement, payments matching) and their role to support business operations
- Strong interpersonal skills. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross

functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and
functional groups
- Solution oriented and problem solving
- Dynamic, flexible, team player and result driven
- Flexibility to work across different time-zones
- Available to travel

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience on FICO modules and O2C/AR processes
- Experience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models
- Experience in Treasury Management Systems will be good to have (e.g. FIS

Qunatum)
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG commercial and manufacturing

environment
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
- Experience with middleware e.g. SAP PO and API technologies
- Prior experience with emerging technologies including ML, AI, IoT and Blockchain is

a plus
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Certification in SAP Financials, S/4 HANA

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
