**Location**:Remote, THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES **WORLDWIDE**
**Utilization**:approx. 40 hours per course (30 min WBTs).
**Duration**:Depend on Project

Our client has a training program, which is Code of Conduct courses for Muscat Bank and process training project that trains their employees across levels and resources on Investment banking.*

Profile*:

- Knowledge on Code of conduct for both Treasury and Investment Banking preferably to have CFA
- Practical experience with hands-on work experience at senior managerial roles in these two departments
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in the respective areas and is fully aware of the implications of code of conduct in these two area
- Specializing in investment banking/treasury banking, not specifically in Islamic banking
- Able to include learnings from operational loss and fraud cases that took place in certain banks including the most recent cases such as LIBOR fixing, etc
- Certified in CFA/ACI
- Total work Experience : 12 yrs+

**Scope of Work**:

- Review Course objectives and collaborate with Instructional designer to finalize the course outline
- Create high level talking points for the conceptual slides and add OST
- Share scenarios/examples relevant to banking industry as per content
- Review Storyboard finalized by Instructional designer
- Implement client review feedback
