Preferably certified in performance testing (e.g., ISTQB, JMeter Certification). In-depth knowledge of performance and compatibility testing methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar testing platforms. Strong scripting abilities for test automation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve testing issues. Strong documentation and communication skills for collaboration and reporting purposes. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality, reliable test results. **Job Purpose**: Seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Application Tester. Responsible for testing and evaluating the performance, functionality, and detailed reports on findings. **Key Result Areas**: Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance, functionality, and compatibility requirements. compliance with performance, functionality, and compatibility standards. Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on gathered requirements. Analyze test results, generating reports on performance metrics, compatibility, and identified bottlenecks. Stay current with industry trends in performance testing. Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks as applicable. **Operating Environment, Framework, and Boundaries**: Reports to Project Lead or designated EUS Projects Manager. align testing efforts. Primarily works in off-site location with occasional on-site presence if needed. Adheres to organizational policies, ensuring that all testing is documented for quality assurance and audit requirements. **Problem Solving**: Systematically diagnose performance, functionality, and compatibility issues, utilizing appropriate testing tools and resources. Leverage analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, minimizing disruptions to testing schedules. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in detailed reports for future reference. Decision-Making Authority & Responsibility: Responsible for creating and modifying test cases within project guidelines. Authorized to escalate issues requiring further technical resolution to the project lead or EUS Projects Manager.
