Implementation Manager to join our team and lead successful onboarding and deployment

of our solutions for U.S.-based clients.

Job Summary:

As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless

implementation of our SaaS product for healthcare provider clients. You will coordinate

between internal teams and client stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor onboarding

activities, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. This role requires working

night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zones) and is office-based on Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for new healthcare clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and

    implementation phase.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and

    resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer

    support, and compliance.
  • Ensure all client requirements are gathered, documented, and addressed during

    configuration and setup.
  • Conduct system configuration, user training, and go-live support.
  • Monitor implementation progress and proactively manage risks or issues.
  • Ensure clients are set up for long-term success with best practices and tailored

    onboarding strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information

    Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or project

    management preferably in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance (HIPAA), and

    provider operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work night shift to align with U.S. client schedules.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site from our office, Monday through Friday.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
  • Familiarity with HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
