OverviewOrganizational Summary
The Global Transact Services team is part of Microsoft Business Operations (MBO) and the Operations Service Centre (OSC). We support implementation activities across multiple stakeholders—Operations, Finance, Trade, Compliance, and more—enabling our customers and partners to transact efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience.
Role OverviewAs an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, and operationalizing launch plans for key initiatives. You will be responsible for driving technical solutions (with a strong emphasis on Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform), managing end-to-end project delivery, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, especially Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate with certifications.
- Must hold a valid PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals certification
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement, preferably in an operations environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrix-driven, multinational environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI, and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with integration between low-code platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering innovation across cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Power automate such as:
- PL-100 - Power Platform App Maker Associate
- PL-200 - Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- PL-400 - Power Platform Developer Associate
- PL-600 - Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- PL-700 - Power Platform Solution Architect Associate
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end regional/global deployments, build project plans, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of launches.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to ensure requirements are incorporated and all stakeholders are aligned.
- Process Optimization: Identify and own optimization opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and track business benefits across policy, program, and process.
- Technical Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (especially Power Automate) to streamline business processes and reduce manual activities.
- Governance & Compliance: Implement security measures and governance protocols, ensuring compliance is integrated into all solutions.
- Change Leadership: Drive change management activities, conduct post-mortems, and ensure learnings are incorporated into future launches.
- User Enablement: Train and support end-users in utilizing developed tools effectively, and document best practices for future reference.
- Strong operations acumen and customer obsession.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
