About the Role

As a
Technical Implementation Manager

, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of PriceEasy's solutions for enterprise clients. You'll operate at the intersection of technology, data, and client success — ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

This is a
client-facing, office-based role

requiring excellent program management, strong technical understanding of integrations, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the
    end-to-end implementation lifecycle

— from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Manage
technical integrations

, data mapping, and connections between client systems and PriceEasy's platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the
technical liaison

for clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies using strong
program management discipline

- Analyze and validate client data using
Excel

and other analytical tools.
- Build client confidence through proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and professionalism.
- Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education:

Graduate or MBA from a top engineering or business institution (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS, etc.).
- Experience:

5–8 years in a
SaaS

or
data-driven technology company

, ideally in implementation, solution engineering, or program management roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of
API integrations

, data pipelines, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Advanced proficiency in
Excel

and comfort with large datasets.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
